For us, Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a true symbol of passion and commitment to the land. Our philosophy in producing oil reflects that of wine: we firmly believe in organic farming that respects the environment and flora, in perfect symbiosis with it. Our olive groves are located in the historic area of ​​Carmignano, a place that has always been suited to the cultivation of quality olives. The olives are harvested and pressed on the same day of harvest, thanks to the use of a modern mill that guarantees a delicate extraction from the pulp. This process allows us to obtain an oil of the highest quality, rich in intense aromas and flavors, which embodies the unique character of our territory.
